DEEP SEA WORLD

Deep Sea World, Scotland’s National Aquarium, has exhibits for visitors of all ages and types. Your voyage through Deep Sea World will take you through the world's longest underwater safari tunnel. Discover a host of aquamazing exhibits, including one of the largest amphibian displays in the UK. One of the exhibits here is the golden dart frog, with enough poison to kill ten men!

There are many interactive activities and face painting sessions which will keep the children entertained for hours. New for 2001 is ‘Krakatoa,’ an exhibit based on underwater ruins from an Indonesian volcanic eruption, with deadly species from around the Indo-Pacific.

Unique to Scotland are our ‘Try Dives', which allow members of the public to dive with the sharks in the main tank. Join the Deep Sea World crew for exciting events such as Scary Sleepovers, Grandparents' Day and Creatures of the Deep. Phone 01383 411880 for more details.
